Terms and conditions

• NEW 2025: Any player whose registration is not paid or a payment plan set up within 7 days will have their registration cancelled. This is especially important to capped age groups.
  
  Your registration will only be complete once both Bears fees and NQ/Wests fees are paid. The Netball Connect link will be emailed to you once it is opened by NQ/Wests.
  
  Bears fees for all players $200. FairPlay vouchers can be used against the Bears fees. Please ensure you upload your voucher at time of payment as it is a legal requirement.
  
  You will be required to pay Netball QLD fees of $123 and Western Districts Netball Association Fees of $94 per player plus a transaction fee.
  
  For NSG Netball QLD fees $115 and Western Districts fees $94 plus a transaction fee.
  
  Players will not be permitted to take the court to trial until the entire process is complete.
  
  By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you have read all the Kenmore Bears Netball policies and will abide by them.
