Kenmore Bears Netball Club (formally Riverlife Baptist Netball Club) plays at Western Districts Netball Association (WDNA) located at Faulkner Park in Graceville. KBNC is a club that offers acceptance to all, regardless of their sporting skill. A club, that is known for good sportsmanship and one that offers girls and boys an environment to play and improve in the sport of netball while staying fit, gaining self-confidence and making life-long friends.

Kenmore Bears Netball Club (formally Kenmore Baptist Netball Club (KBNC)) started in May 1992 when ladies from the Kenmore Baptist Church registered two teams in the Western Districts night season.

The following year, they enrolled their daughters and their friends in the Day Season. These ladies wanted to offer a club for their daughters that was firmly grounded in the “principles of care, encouragement and good sportsmanship” to provide a healthy environment for them to grow. This foundation remains strong in the club today.

In 2017, the Kenmore Baptist Church became the “Riverlife Baptist Church” and in 2018 the club also changed its name in line with the church to “Riverlife Baptist Netball Club”. Then in late 2021 the Netball Club have collaborated with Kenmore Bears AFL to become Kenmore Bears Netball Club, the next chapter in our exciting history.
